Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Orders within Europe typically take 4-10 working days, while deliveries to other parts of the world can take 5-12 working days.
Yes, a track and trace number will be provided from the carrier you chose at checkout.
No, your order is not insured during transit.
Returns & Refunds
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry that has been worn. This ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers. We only accept returns of unworn items to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and product integrity.
Customers have 30 days from the arrival of the package to initiate a return. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted, except for if the product has a design flaw or breaks for no apparent reason.
The packaging has to be in the exact state as when the customer received the package. If any barcodes or other pieces of the order are missing we will not refund the order.
At La Lueure, we understand the importance of protecting the environment and minimizing waste. This is why we have made the decision to not offer free returns, as the shipping and handling process generates a considerable amount of carbon footprint. So the customer can expect to pay for the return shipping aswell as any taxes that may arise.
However, we still value customer satisfaction and have a comprehensive refund policy in place. In the event that a customer is not satisfied with the quality, our team is always available to help and find a solution. At La Lueure, we take great care in packaging our jewelry to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer support team immediately. They will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Yes, we offer a 14-day warranty on all of our jewelry. If your jewelry is damaged or broken due to a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving it, please contact our customer support team. They will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Please email us at returns@lalueure.com specifying the pieces you are returning, their condition, and include pictures of the package/items. If packages arrive without clear details of the sender, they will be retained until the customer makes contact.

While we aim to keep most items in stock, some may be seasonal or limited edition.
Yes, popular items are often restocked. However, for specific items, we recommend signing up for restock notifications.
