One step we can take together to reduce our carbon emissions and our waste is by processing fewer returns, which is why we've chosen not to offer free returns. Before returning an item

We recognize that not every purchase may align with your expectations and that, occasionally, a return is needed. Before initiating a return, we strongly encourage you to carefully review our refund policy to understand precisely what you can anticipate. Should you have any queries, our team is always available to guide you through the process.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The jewelry must be in new, unworn condition with the barcode still attached. We ask you to please use the original packaging for the return and to enclose the boxes and pouches undamaged.

Please put the delivery note back in your returns package. If you no longer have this, you can simply add a handwritten note with the order number and your name clearly stated. This will help us to allocate your return correctly. Please also make sure that a sender is specified on your return package.

Initiating a return

To initiate a return, you can simply send us an email at returns@lalueure.com with all the necessary information. The return process is simple. After you send us your email with all the necessary information, our team will review it and send reply within 72 hours.

Please make sure to attach pictures of proof for the unworn and unused products. If any barcodes, boxes, or items sent with the package are missing or are deemed damaged by us, we will not make a full refund as per our policy.

To facilitate a seamless return of your jewelry (for both damaged and undamaged), please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to initiate your return request.
  2. Take clear, well-lit photographs of the jewelry, ensuring that either the damage or proof of unworn jewelry is visible.
  3. Compose an email to returns@lalueure.com. Don't forget to include and attach pictures of the items.
  4. Send the email to us, and our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps of the return process.
