At La Lueure, we prioritize the quality and safety of your purchase. Every order is sent straight from our warehouse in The Netherlands, ensuring its pristine condition upon arrival. We are proud to offer our shipping services to almost every corner of the globe. However, please note that we currently do not ship to China, India, and Russia.
When you place an order between Monday and Friday before 11:30 a.m. CET, we endeavor to dispatch it on the very same business day. If your order comes in after 11:30 a.m. CET, it's dispatch time will be depending on which courier you have chosen at checkout. Please bear in mind that there can occasionally be unexpected delays from our courier partners, which are beyond our control. We hope you understand that we cannot be held accountable for extended waiting times due to such issues.
It's important to note that once an order is placed on our website, cancellations are generally not possible. However, if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and wish to cancel or amend your order, we urge you to get in touch with us immediately at customercare@lalueure.com. We promise to do our utmost to accommodate your request before shipping, but we must clarify that it's not always feasible.
After your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with all the tracking information. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your delivery or order status, our dedicated customer service team stands ready to assist and provide answers. Your satisfaction is paramount to us!

Important: For non-Euro countries, free shipping amounts are subject to change due to currency exchange rate variations. The final price is always calculated relative to the Euro value.

DUTIES & TAXES
We cover the customs charges and taxes for all deliveries sent out to customers in the EU, as well as Switzerland, the UK, USA, South Korea, South Africa, Canada, and Australia. This means there are no additional fees for delivery to these countries when shopping with La Lueure.
For other international orders, they may be subject to import duties and taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These additional charges can’t be covered or refunded by La Lueure. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
