Refund policy

Introduction
At La Lueure, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry pieces. Understanding that there may be times when you may wish to return a purchase, we have established this Return Policy to guide the process.

Policy Duration
Customers have the right to return any product within a span of 14 days from the date the item was received. This right is conditional upon the item being in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Initiating a Return
To commence a return, kindly reach out to us at returns@lalueure.com. While we provide a template for ease, its use is not mandatory. Informing us of your intent to return via any clear communication means, whether it's a letter, email, or other, is accepted. Ensure your communication reaches us within the 14-day window. Promptly after, we will send you an acknowledgment of your return request.

Consequences of a Successful Return
Upon verifying that the returned product meets our unworn and original condition criteria, we'll refund your payment. This refund will include the product cost and delivery charges, with exceptions for special delivery methods that exceed our standard delivery costs. The method of the initial transaction will be the means by which we process the refund. Please note, we might reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond necessary measures, leading to any loss in its value. Before processing the refund, we may either wait to receive the returned product or request evidence of its shipment, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Deadline
Ensure that the item is shipped back within 7 days from when you notify us of your intent to return. The return shipping costs and all other costs will be borne by the customer, for example, any taxes for import etc.

Liabilities on Return
It's imperative to note that customers will be responsible for any decline in the product's value if the returned item is not in its original and unworn condition.

Exceptions to the Policy
Our return policy does not cover items whose prices fluctuate due to unforeseen financial market variations.

Additional Notes on Financial Transactions
If your purchase involved any financial agreements or loans that are directly tied to the bought item and you cancel your purchase, you're also released from any obligations of the financial agreement. This holds true especially if La Lueure was part of the financial agreement or collaborated with your lender. If we've already received loan funds before you initiate a return, your lender will assume any rights and obligations related to the financial transaction. If you wish to avoid any long-term financial commitment, please cancel both the purchase and any related loan agreements promptly.

Please allow for up to 10 business days for your funds to be transferred to the payment method you have used with us. In some situations, due to banks and other processes this can take up to 14 business days.
